In the game (fastest)

1. Open the game and tap Menu.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the game

If you can't open the game, or have uninstalled it, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” and your username or hero name. We'll reply within 30 days. We may ask you to show the account is yours before we delete it.

What gets deleted

• Straight away: your account, username and password, your hero and all progress, items, currencies, pets, mail, sign-in tokens and play statistics.
• Within 7 days: chat messages you sent.
• Within 14 days: the copies in our daily backups.

What we keep

Reports made about your account, and any mutes or bans, are kept as long as needed to handle them and to stop banned players coming back. Nothing else is kept. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
